Each session lasts 50 minutes and can be held in person, online or via the telephone.
Prices start from £55 per session.

I offer 1 to 1 specialised therapy sessions for all types of eating disorders.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, although an initial assessment session will last 90 minutes. These sessions can be held in person or online.

Prices start from £70 per session and
from £120 for an Initial Assessment.

I offer individual therapy sessions for both teachers and secondary school students.
I also offer bespoke workshops and training programmes covering topics such as:
- Mental Health Awareness
- Resilience
- Managing Exam Stress & Anxiety
- Developing & Using Listening Skills
- Student Mental Health Ambassador, Training
